What to expect from our 2018 event?

We are really excited to announce that represented on this year’s programme include some of the most foremost and innovative dairy brands and manufacturers in Europe, including FrieslandCampina, Arla, Danone and Tine.

Across the two days, top senior-level representatives and decision makers will come together to discuss some of the most pressing challenges within dairy innovation and practical steps the sector can take towards offering greater value to their customers. Presentations will be given from both incumbent and new entrant companies in a case-study format, to provide a wide scope of expertise, lessons learnt, success stories and disruptive innovative processes that can be adopted.

This year’s edition has a strong focal point on tapping into changing consumer desires and fore-coming trends, to evaluate how competitive parity and a sustainable competitive advantage can be achieved.  

Having explored plausible social movements, innovation strategies will accessed from not only from a product perspective – new product development, marketing and product placement - but also in terms of a company’s business model and operational efficiency. Interactive sessions include those that delve into supply chain management, production processes, data management and logistics to gain a better knowledge of seamless operations that lower costs.
