Ingrid Johnson is a chartered accountant with 20 years banking experience and was the MD of Nedbank Corporate Banking before transitioning to be the MD of Nedbank Commercial Banking to lead its fundamental business transformation over 5 years. Since August 2009, Ingrid has led the Nedbank Retail and Commercial Banking clusters, with the objectives of completing the Commercial Banking transformation, integrating the Imperial Bank acquisition and turning around the retail business, the latter being Nedbank’s biggest challenge. Ingrid is a member of the Nedbank Group Executive Committee since 2008.
