14 & 15th November 2018, London, UK

Welcome to 2nd Brand & Customer Engagement in Foodservice Conference, an annual event looking at how to capture new diners whilst getting existing customers to come back to your business and increase their spend.

Gathering the biggest brands in the industry, we will be bringing along brand, marketing, insight and loyalty leaders from the food-to-go to the casual dining market and will consider strategies behind building a customer base to reduce the cost of customer acquisition. We’ll explore everything from building a brand, utilising data analytics, maximising the potential of social media and delivering an improved customer experience to create a unique show which introduces attendees to new concepts and ideas.
