1. Berlin Wall
Walking the barrier that used to divide Berlin is an unmissable experience whilst in the German capital. After the wall fell back in 1989 some sections were kept and were decorated by a number of artists. To this day it remains one of the strongest standing symbols of the Cold War.
2. Brandenburg Gate
Located in the heart of the city, this monumental gate was originally the main entrance to the city. Today it’s a symbol of unity and peace and probably Berlin’s most famous landmark.

Located very near the Branderburg Gate, this impressive memorial made of concrete pillars is a central place for remembering the 6 million Jewish victims of the Holocaust. It’s an emotional yet necessary visit while in Berlin.
4. Reichstag building
This iconic landmark was built to house the German Parliament. Badly damaged during the 2nd World War, it was restored to its magnificence and can now be visited. The dome at the top was designed by the renowned Norman Foster and visitors have the possibility of visiting it to enjoy incomparable views of Berlin.
5. Museum Island
Awarded UNESCO World Heritage Status, this unique ensemble of five world renowned museums is an incredible oasis of art in the city. Its outstanding collection is one of the most unique in the world, and therefore cannot be missed.
