Best store experiences in London?

London is a major hub for the retail industry and is a city full of exciting openings and pop-ups with brands trying new strategies to engage with their audiences. We are excited to bring you to London for the 2017 Future Retail Strategies conference so whilst you’re here, why not check out some of our recommendations for a great in-store customer experience!

 

Topshop – Oxford Street

Walk in to this Topshop and you might just end up being there for the whole day! This high-street goliath offers its customers and all-round experience including fashion, accessories, tailoring, a hair salon, a nail parlour and even a café for when you just need to sit down for a break after exploring the five floors. You can expect crowds at almost any time as they bring everything you could need all in to one place.

Rough Trade – Shoreditch

Whilst they do a cool little gig every now and then, Rough Trade in East London is the perfect place to pop to if you just want to enjoy your love of music for a short while. You can grab a coffee from their in-store café and stroll around the store, listening to examples of the latest music along with the all-time classics.

Burberry – Regent Street

Quite a few year’s old now however Burberry remains an impressive addition to our Regent Street stores. With 100 screens showcasing original content and 500 speakers, the customers is transported in to the Burberry world completely.

Selfridges – Oxford Street

The legendary Selfridges promises no little than to truly impress any shopping lover. Head to toe, this store offers an experience that can be enjoyed by everyone and for every need - From major brands for high-street brands.
