Highlights from 2016

IHTF 2016 saw delegates gather from across the world to explore the latest developments in hotel technology and digital marketing and sales. Featuring 50+ presenters and over 700 speed-networking connections, IHTF offered guests the opportunity to forge new relationships within the community and catch-up with old friends.

Split into 2 distinct tracks IHTF tackled the closely intertwined challenges facing both the IT department and sales and marketing. With evolving market dynamics and changing guest needs, IHTF seeks to offer answers and new connections in this challenging space.

Expedia sat alongside Melia, The Grange and Groupon to debate the future of the OTA hotel relationship and how the industry can compete with the peer-to-peer economy. Google joined us for an exciting panel debate on the future of search and offered exclusive insight into their future plans for the market. Jeremy Ward, CIO of Iris delivered an indepth workshop on the future of mobility and what opportunities the industry can leverage.
