Overview

    • 14:00 - 16:00
      • Welcome to IHTF 2017

        IHTF will bring together 300 hoteliers, management companies, OTAs and solution providers to uncover the practical steps needed to succeed in a digital era. Split into 2 distinct tracks for marketing and technology focused representatives, attendees will explore the strategic challenges and emerging opportunities to deliver operational efficiency for the hotel, increase guest bookings and exceed guest’s digital expectations.

        The education sessions will be delivered in dynamic formats; avoiding the ‘death by power-point’ trap, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in –

        • The Workshops – smaller groups examining the granular detail of the most pressing issues

        • The Scheduled Meetings – organise a private meeting with an innovative supplier and find the right solution for your needs

        • The Benchmarking Session – hear exclusive, current data on guest bookings to drive your marketing strategy

        • The Deep Dive Sessions – where the ‘audience is king,’ choose the topic which most interests you and get involved in debate with a small group of your peers

        • The Big Debate – listen to 2 big hotel marketing names battle it out to be named the winner on how best to attract and keep guests

        • The On-stage interviews – your chance to pose questions in person or anonymously via our pre-event survey to some of the biggest names in hospitality

        • The Case-Studies – an opportunity to find out what’s really happening on the front line

        • The Next Generation Showcase – a quick-fire round of product pitches and demonstrations – will you find your next big thing?

        • The Reflection Sessions – After 2 days of provocative debate, sit in small groups and identify the key takeaways to implement in your work
