Touching on the need for greater collaboration, this session got to the heart of how the market can design products around the customer.

Andre Guyer, Head of Global Transformation, Zurich talked about how the workforce can be engaged by and championed the use of digital technology throughout the company. He highlighted the benefits to the individual and how change be achieved on a wide scale basis.
