Jane Goodacre BSc has had a highly successful career where the emphasis has been on innovative problem solving across various manufacturing processes by investigating systemic root causes and successful implementation of initiatives.

She has also installed successful Operational Reliability drives across several continents and cultures.

Considerable experience in problem solving with in-depth knowledge and successful implementation skills led to becoming the Operational Reliability facilitator for 6 years in a major petrochemical site before moving out to become an independent external consultant and trainer in Operational Reliability and Root Cause Analysis.

Jane has trained well in excess of 3000 people in RCA techniques.

Jane worked for Shell for 15 years, Pilkington Glass Ltd for 2 years, and British Insulated Calendars Cables for 7 years.
