  1. Determining the destination for your global trial based on your business goals to balance quality, time and cost by Nagesh Uppuluri, Sr. Director – Global Professional Affairs and Clinical Education, Medtronic Neurovascular

    We all are thinking of executing a global trial. In fact, most of us are already conducting global studies. How do you determine on the trial destination? Nagesh Uppuluri, Sr. Director – Global Professional Affairs and Clinical Education from Medtronic Neurovascular is going to share his experience on how to decide the trial country. Especially with the changing regulatory landscape in Europe, it will be a good time to re-consider on our trial destination.

  2. Specialization in medical device specific trial is what we really appreciate when sourcing/working with a CRO. Their knowledge in site selection, regulations and reimbursement who guide us to successfully plan and execute a trial is what we are looking for. Priya Guyadeen, Clinical Project Manager at Penumbra is going to talk about some of challenges for medical device trials and how we can overcome it.

  3. Technology promises us to optimize the clinical trial operation. However, what if the technology is not user friendly? We certainly do not have time to become tech wizard with heavy workload. User-friendliness to be able to use the technology effortlessly and easily is critical to efficiently take the advantage of innovations. Judy Skroback, Director of Clinical Research at SynCardia Systems is going to share her experience on how she chose and implemented EDC and eTMF system to enhance the process
