Are the meals included?
Yes, all refreshments and conference lunches are included. Check the conference agenda for timings.

Is accommodation included?
No, accommodation is not included in your delegate registration fee. Please book your accommodation directly with the hotel and state that you are attending a VIBpharma conference to receive preferential rates.

What should I wear?
Speakers and delegates normally wear business attire whilst attending the conference.

When will I receive the conference material?
Your badge and conference pack will be available for collection on the first morning of the conference.

When should I pay for the conference?
Payment must be received prior to the conference

How should I pay for the conference?
You can pay for the conference by bank transfer, cheque or credit card. If online booking is available the simplest method of payment is via credit card using the secure online booking form. If online booking is unavailable, once you have registered for the event you will receive an invoice which outlines the different methods of payment.

If you have any special needs, disabilities and/or dietary requirements please do let us know when you register for the event.

What happens if I have to cancel?
Please refer to the conference material for cancellation dates. Cancellations received in writing before the specified date are subject to at 50% administration fee. Thereafter the full event fee is payable and non-refundable. Substitutions are welcome at any time at no extra charge.

What happens if the conference is postponed or cancelled?
Should the conference be restructured, postponed or cancelled for reasons or circumstances beyond our control, VIBevents reserves the right to reschedule the event and/or withdraw delegates’ attendance upon written notice to you. If your attendance is withdrawn by VIBevents or the event is cancelled you will receive a full refund of your fee.

If you have been given a reference code by a VIBpharma team member please use that reference alternatively please tell us how you heard about the conference:
