In 2014, after a 12 year career at Philip Morris International managing multiple international cigarette markets for the tobacco giant, Travis started his first company, Rock Vapor Technologies, Inc, which designed and manufactured electronic cigarettes in Austin, TX and San Clemente, California. Travis currently resides in Greenville, SC with his wife and 3 sons. Adam currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Westleaf Inc, a publicly traded, vertically integrated cannabis company focusing on cultivation, extraction and wholly owned retail cannabis stores. In this role, Adam leads all sales, marketing and business development initiatives, along with the company’s strategy and execution of its retail roll-out in Western Canada. As one of the first to join the company, Adam has been responsible for the ideation, development, and launch of Westleaf’s award-winning retail brand, Prairie Records. Adam is also responsible for developing the company’s premium proprietary cannabis product lines and distribution strategy. As an early adopter of the cannabis industry, Adam brings over 10 years of experience in regulated consumer-packaged good sales, marketing and business development. Prior to Westleaf, Adam served as Vice President of Specialty Sales at Labatt Breweries of Canada, where he was responsible for over $70 million in revenue and overall volume and revenue growth in eight major urban centres across Canada. Prior to that, Adam served as Senior Manager of Finance at Labatt, where he led the business integration and brand expansion for the acquisitions of Mill Street Brewery and Mark Anthony Brands.

Joy is the Founder & Principal at Hemp Ace International, a Seattle-based consulting, legal support, and expert witness firm serving the global community; as well as Director of Regulatory & Legal Affairs of Zilis, an international leader in hemp extract dietary supplements and cosmetics; Co-Founder and Senior Advisor to Colorado Hemp Works, America's first post-prohibition hemp grain processing facility; and host of the popular podcast Hemp Barons. Among multiple non-profit leadership roles, Joy President of the Center of the Study of Cannabis & Social Policy, a leading Director of the U.S. Hemp Roundtable, consultant to the U.S. Hemp Building Association , and The Seminar Group’s National Hemp Continuing Legal Education Program Chair. After joining the hemp movement in 1990, Joy opened the first hemp store in New York state in 1994; and when the inaugural Vermont Hemp Bill passed in 1996, Joy relocated there with her family to serve as Secretary to the Vermont Hemp Council. After an extensive and successful dual career in compliance and complex civil litigation in Seattle, Joy founded Hemp Ace International in 2014.
