Raimondo Giavi
Vice President Hydrogen, Industrial & Energy Technology, Baker Hughes

Raimondo Giavi is Vice President Hydrogen for the Industrial & Energy Technology business of Baker Hughes (NASDAQ: BKR), responsible for building the hydrogen business for the company since 2019, when he joined the company.

He has 30+ years of cross-functional experience matured internationally across the energy, industrial and automotive sectors within technology companies, where he managed complex portfolios of

rotating machinery, valves, control systems and related services. His experience also include private equity, evaluating and acquiring businesses in various industrial spaces.

Raimondo holds a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Padua, Italy, an MBA and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and a post-graduate diploma in digital business from MIT and Columbia University.

Baishakhi Bhattacharyya

Baishakhi Bhattacharyya is the leader of the Sustainable Fuels and Chemicals business growth strategy for Honeywell Process Solutions in EMEA. She holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering. Prior to joining Honeywell, Baishakhi held various technical and business-oriented roles at Topsoe and Samsung Engineering, accumulating over a decade of experience in the process industry. Her expertise includes a strong focus on the energy transition and Power-to-X projects, where she has contributed significantly to advancing innovative solutions for a sustainable future.

Oswin Moeller

Oswin’s career started in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering focusing on oil-hydraulic systems for wind and hydro power plants as well as electrical design and programming of different governor and PLC systems.

After several years as international commissioning engineer for hydro power turbines, he moved into sales for greenfield and brownfield electrical and automation solutions followed by gradually taking over more and more team leading and profit & loss responsibilities.

For the past 4 years he is focusing on developing and increasing green hydrogen and PtX solutions business in Central & Southern Europe.

Kay leads the low-carbon hydrogen sector in Europe, focusing on accelerating growth, standardization, and digitalization within hydrogen plants. He is responsible for developing modularized delivery models that reduce the levelized cost of hydrogen (H2) through collaboration with industry-leading partners. With a comprehensive approach to the entire H2 supply and value chain, he integrates smart operations and full digitalization of H2 assets. Since joining Worley in 2018, Kay has held various leadership roles, including Global Head of Chemicals & Biorefining at Pöyry and Managing Director at Aker Solutions Germany. Kay holds a Master of Science in Process Engineering.
