Philippe Teissier

I’m philippe Teissier, R&I Director Ferments and fermentation at Danone research Paris Saclay (France). After a pHD in bioprocess, I join Danone 26 years ago to work on different brands such as Actimel, Activia , Hipro and disruptive innovation. Today I’m in charge of the design of cultures and specific fermentations for our different categories of products dairy, plant based and specialized nutrition overcoming scientific and technical hurdle to deliver superior nutritious and healthy fermented food for our consumers.
