I started at 19 in the fresh produce industry as a QA Manager and worked my way up to Technical manager when I was in my early 20’s. A few years later, I took the plunge into interim consultancy. For 10 years I worked in ~25 sites across the UK, predominantly in high care environments from sandwiches, ready meals, prepared salads, cooked meats, party foods and well as other low risk industries like confectionery, canning, exotic fruits and blending. I’ve also enjoyed auditing all over the world, from all over the UK and Ireland, to the EU and as far as Australia. Starting at Bulk in 2023, I was ready to pour all my experience and knowledge into one business, leading a team of technical excellence, with a strong commercial attitude.
