Andy Ingram-Tedd is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of technology experience in consumer packaged goods, operations, project management, and product development. At Ocado Intelligent Automation (OIA), part of Ocado Group, he leads a team dedicated to designing and integrating cutting-edge technology into OIA solutions. He is directly involved in developing the Ocado Storage and Retrieval System (OSRS) and setting strategies for efficient warehouse operations. Since joining Ocado Group in 2002, he has significantly contributed to its operational and project management successes and holds over 50 patents. His leadership in complex design challenges consistently drive innovation and operational excellence.

Wafaa is a Senior Analyst in the Strategic Intelligence Pharma team at GlobalData’s London office. She specializes in delivering in-depth analysis and reports on key pharmaceutical industry themes, with a focus on advanced technologies such as Digital Health, AI, and Big Data. Her work also includes producing detailed digital marketing insights across a range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, neurology, and immunology.
