Dr Evelyn Ng, PhD, MBA, CPEng, GAICD, is an engineering and business leader with global experience across the mining, industrial technology and resources sectors. As APAC Lead for R&D and Innovation at Score, she leads initiatives in technology development, operational performance, commercial growth and strategic partnerships.

Evelyn has helped commercialise proprietary technologies that improve reliability, productivity, safety and asset performance for major mining operations worldwide. In 2024, she received both the State and National Women in Resources Awards for Technological Innovation, as well as a national medal from Materials Australia for her contribution to materials engineering.

Robert Smith

Robert Smith is an engineering and operations leader with extensive experience across the oil and gas, mining and mineral-processing sectors. As General Manager of Operations at Score in Perth, Australia, he brings expertise in valve management, specialised engineering and corrosion-control solutions.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate of Nottingham Trent University, Robert spent 15 years with Callidus Process Solutions before it became part of Score. He combines strong technical knowledge with practical operational insight, supporting solutions that improve equipment reliability, performance and service life in demanding environments.
