Sandrine Ricard was appointed Deputy Director Sustainability & Responsibility of Pernod Ricard in the UK as of July 2022. Prior to that, she was Head of Sustainability at Chivas Brothers since October 2017 to imbed Good Times from A Good Place sustainability roadmap. Previously, she was Vice President Corporate Social Responsibility at parent company Pernod Ricard where she created the department, developed a new structured sustainable strategy, a global sustainable leaders network in all the affiliates, created a unique global event “Responsib’All Day” and new tools such as a global responsible drinking app.

Sandrine has spent over 15 years within the sustainability area and is very passionate. She has also worked in public relations and communications in the USA.

In addition, Sandrine is a board member of the Oceanographic Institute Paul Ricard and has achieved The Cambridge Sustainability Leadership Course.

Nathan Clemes started his career with six years in investment banking before launching Unrooted in 2019. Whilst working in the world of finance, he advised many drinks companies and had real insight into the macro consumer trends shaping the future of the consumer goods industries. Having seen the profound impact that health & wellness and premiumisation has had on soft drinks in particular, Nathan was surprised to see the energy drinks category had so far undergone very little innovation. Energy drinks still largely rely on caffeine and sugar, when from a functional perspective, there are reliable, more natural alternatives available.

Nathan started to work with food scientist and drinks expert Dr Joshi to research these functional alternatives, and during this time came across the African Baobab fruit. Inspired by its history, plethora of uses & benefits, Nathan launched Unrooted soon after as a way to bring genuinely healthy energy to the UK market, without relying on increasingly taboo ingredients such as caffeine or sugar.

Nathan is originally from Canada, but has lived the past 15 years in the UK. He has a BSc in Management from Warwick University and a MSc in Accounting & Finance from King’s College London.

Ben Franks FRSA is a former wine journalist turned entrepreneur, best known for founding the award-winning wine merchant Novel Wines and co-founding Canned Wine Group, where today he is CCO and wine buyer. Ben was named 'Leadership Champion' and listed in Harper's 30 Under 30 in 2024 and has been described as 'a shining example of the entrepreneurial spirit' by The Buyer and a 'visionary entrepreneur' by the IEWA. Tiphaine is an Associate Director within the Carbon Trust's Business Services team. She provides advice to corporates in the Agriculture Food and Drink sector with a key focus on the Livestock and Dairy subsectors whilst also supporting global food and drinks brands. Orianna Bretschger received a B.S. in Physics and Astronomy at the University of Northern Arizona; and after a career in aerospace and government consulting, she completed a Ph.D. in Materials Science at the University of Southern California. With extensive experience in ESG strategy, decarbonization, and operational excellence, Andrea drives initiatives to reduce carbon emissions, enhance resource efficiency, and accelerate circularity from raw materials to finished products.

Todd holds an MBA from the University of Manitoba. His career in brand and innovation has included living in Toronto, Geneva, Singapore and Hong Kong working with research giants Nielsen and YouGov and more recently C&C Group on the producer side. Todd joined the Ai Palette- Globaldata team in early 2025
