Siva Koppula is a Digital Twin Customer Success Manager at Autodesk Tandem, specializing in helping organizations across the built environment unlock the full lifecycle value of their assets through connected data and digital twin strategies. With over 20 years of experience spanning architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors, Siva brings a unique combination of technical depth and strategic insight into digital transformation.

He is a TOGAF-certified enterprise architect with an MBA from Manchester Business School and a master’s degree in engineering. Throughout his career, Siva has led complex, global initiatives across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and India—working with organizations to implement scalable solutions in BIM, GIS, asset information management, and emerging technologies such as AI and IoT.

Siva is widely recognized for his work in advancing digital twin adoption within the built environment, particularly in enabling sustainable, data-driven operations aligned with net-zero goals. His expertise lies in bridging the gap between project delivery and operations—ensuring that asset data is structured, connected, and continuously delivering value long after handover. Mark Turner is Head of FM Systems & Reporting at BAM FM, based in Glasgow, where he leads the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of digital systems across facilities management operations. With deep expertise in CAFM platforms, asset management, and information standards, he is responsible for ensuring that data, systems, and reporting underpin safe, compliant, and high‑performing FM services across a diverse portfolio of UK contracts.

Mark plays a central role in BAM FM’s digital transformation agenda, leading the evaluation and implementation of technologies spanning asset capture and verification, CAFM integrations, digital twins, BMS/IoT, and performance reporting. He has been instrumental in high‑profile initiatives such as the Digital Twin implementation at Dunfermline Learning Campus, aligning operational FM needs with ISO 19650 information management principles, SFG20 maintenance standards, and emerging best practice in whole‑life asset data. His work bridges operational delivery, technology vendors, and senior leadership, ensuring solutions are both technically robust and commercially viable.

Known for his outcome‑focused and evidence‑led approach, Mark regularly produces executive‑level reporting, business cases, and award submissions that translate complex technical programmes into clear organisational value. He is also responsible for building and leading the FM Systems & Reporting team, supporting capability development, onboarding, and continuous improvement. Throughout his work, Mark is driven by the belief that high‑quality information and well‑designed systems are critical enablers of safer buildings, better performance, and more sustainable FM outcomes.
