Fallyn Flaherty-Earp is the NA Market Director, for Automotive and Digital for Mitsubishi Chemicals America Inc.   In her role, Fallyn, analyzes market trends and customer needs to develop and implement effective market and sales strategies to drive sustainable growth in the automotive and digital space.   She leads and mobilizes a team of sales professionals with a focus on customer intimacy and building strong relationships with key customers.

Prior to joining MCA, Fallyn’s career in marketing spans over 12 years at various major specialty chemical companies covering multiple industries (electronics, building and construction, automotive, and biomedical). Fallyn began her career as a Process Engineer before transitioning to Marketing. With expertise in refining integrated marketing strategies and positioning plans to deliver inspiring and impactful messages worldwide, she is experienced in supporting both local/global marketing and sales teams in aligning regional marketing plans with global strategies and addressing specific regional and country requirements. Additionally, Fallyn’s success in leading global business groups through transitions to customer centric organizations with market focus will positively impact the success of the team.

Fallyn holds a Master of Business Administration with concentration in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Business from Drexel University. She is recognized by Gartner for Market Excellence and holds a Pinnacle Award in Marketing from her previous employer. Also, Fallyn is certified by Yale School of Management.
