His responsibilities include overseeing the product lifecycle, driving innovation and development strategies, and aligning customer needs with technical and commercial solutions. With over 25 years of international experience in the compression industry, Mufid has held various roles in engineering, sales, and management. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in thermal process engineering, as well as a degree in Business Administration.

Moodbidri Bharath is a Segment Sales Manager at Burckhardt Compression, based at the company's headquarters in Switzerland. In this global role, he is responsible for driving business growth and developing opportunities across traditional gas infrastructure, carbon capture and storage (CCS), sustainable fuels, and other energy transition applications. He works closely with regional teams to support strategic projects, expand the global opportunity pipeline, and help shape future compressor solutions.

With over 30 years of international experience in the energy, industrial, and process sectors, Bharath has held various roles in business development, sales management, and key account management. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
