Dr Philippa Parmiter
CEO, NECCUS

Dr Philippa Parmiter is a strategic leader, dedicated to action on climate, and CEO of NECCUS, the industrial decarbonisation alliance for Scotland with the objective of achieving a thriving Scotland through decarbonisation. Previous roles include Development Manager (Gas Storage & Pipelines) at Crown Estate Scotland, and running the research consortium for CCUS in Scotland, SCCS, for over ten years, delivering policy analysis, knowledge exchange, business development, project management and successful funding proposals. She is a Chartered Engineer with a PhD in Physical Electronics and MSc in Environmental Protection and Management and has worked for government, academia, an environmental consultancy and for an electronics start-up.

Will Davie
CEO, Precision Impulse

Over 25 years spent with SLB, he held field and management positions throughout Africa, Europe, North America and East Asia, and was appointed as the company’s first Group Chief Economist, VP of Knowledge Strategy and global account director for BP and BG. He has served as a primary author and expert reviewer of World Energy Outlooks at the International Energy Agency and an industry advisor at closed meetings of OPEC
