Liisa Palmer, PhD, is the Portfolio Leader for the Real-World Data, Research & Analytics team at MarketScan. In that role she oversees the researcher and statistical services teams who execute analyses on behalf of pharmaceutical, biotech and device customers. Liisa has more than 20 years of experience working with real-world data and helping sponsors leverage data to support regulatory requirements and payer and clinician conversations. She has co-authored numerous publications in a variety of therapeutic areas and holds a PhD in Health Policy and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.

Kimberly Le, PharmD, MS, MBA is the Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) at Biodesix, where she leads real-world evidence and economic research to support payer and clinician decision-making for diagnostic innovations. She brings a decade of experience across the pharmaceutical industry, diagnostics, medical devices, and healthcare consulting, with prior fellowship training at Cencora (formerly Xcenda). Dr. Le holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island, a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy from the University of Florida, and an MBA from Stetson University.

Outcomes Research Practice Leader, Merative

Nicole Princic, MS is an Outcomes Research Practice Leader in the Merative Real-World Data Research and Analytics Group. Ms. Princic leads teams to conduct real-world analyses in epidemiology, burden of illness, and treatment patterns outcomes primarily in the areas of oncology, cardiovascular disease, chronic pain, and autoimmune diseases that have resulted in numerous publications over a period of ~20 years. Before joining Merative, Ms. Princic worked for two years as a research assistant for Harvard School of Public Health. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience from Allegheny College and a Master of Science degree in clinical exercise physiology from Northeastern University - Boston.
