Aimee Hogue is Director of Supply Chain at Sutro Biopharma, where she leads global clinical supply strategy, CMO/CDMO management, and end-to-end supply planning for oncology development programs and strategic partnerships. With more than 20 years of biopharmaceutical experience spanning research, development, manufacturing, and clinical supply, Aimee has overseen technology transfers, production scheduling, cold-chain distribution, and clinical supply operations across a global network of manufacturing partners. She has developed CDMO evaluation frameworks, led Joint Steering Committees, and driven vendor performance management to ensure flexibility, reliability, and scalability from early-stage development through Phase 3 clinical trials.
