Benjamin Sanders is Senior Vice President of Strategy and Emerging Products at Lantern Specialty Care, where he leads corporate strategy, analytics, and the development of new service lines. Previously, Ben was at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 100 companies on large-scale transformations, digital strategy, and operational turnarounds. He began his career in political strategy, shaping messaging for national and international campaigns. Ben holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Social Policy from Northwestern.
