Dawn Stacey-Bradbury is a senior leader specialising in Business Change and Operations within the Financial Services sector. Her current role at Gallagher, one of the world’s largest insurance brokers and a top 5 UK Retail General Insurance Broker, is focused on shaping the Investment Strategy to align with future growth plans, portfolio oversight and managing a team of high performing Project Managers delivering Technology , Continuous Improvement, Data and Regulatory Programmes and Projects across the UK. Dawn is also the Mental Health First Aider Lead as part of the company’s Inclusion & Diversity Programme. Before Gallagher, Dawn has worked for various financial services companies including Towergate, NIG, Churchill and BNP Paribas holding Change and Operational roles.
