Qin Jinna. Visiting Professor at Beijing Wuzi University, and serves as the Secretary-General and one of the initiators of the Supply Chain Branch under the China Vaccine Industry Association. Participated in the formulation of multiple industry standards such as Specifications for Vaccine Circulation and Handover, and led research on government projects including Construction of the Life Health Port in Daxing Airport Economic Zone. Currently, act as member of the Medical Logistics Standards Working Group under the National Technical Committee for Logistics Standardization, as well as a member of the Beijing Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association with both practical and academic accumulations in the fields of life health industry planning and pharmaceutical cold chain logistics.
秦津娜，北京物资学院客座教授，中国疫苗行业协会供应链分会秘书长及发起人之一。长期致力于医药冷链与供应链标准建设，主持参与《疫苗流通交接规范》等多项行业标准制定，并牵头《大兴临空经济区生命健康口岸建设》等政府课题研究。现任全国物流标准化技术委员会医药物流标准工作组委员、北京出入境检验检疫协会委员，在生命健康产业规划与医药冷链物流领域具有深厚实践与学术积累。
