For more than 20 years, she has been dedicated to helping enterprises transform the way they communicate and engage with their customers, agents, employees and other key stakeholders. Prior to joining Smart Communications, Karen served in marketing strategy and leadership roles with industry-defining content and business intelligence software providers including Intelledox, dunnhumby, Thunderhead and FileNet. Karen lives in southern California.
