Lisa captures insights around customer pain points, struggles and frustration to fuel a packed optimisation backlog for the business to get stuck into.  With over 26 years experience working in Financial Services in Product Development, Product Management, Marketing, Digital Channel Management and Demand Conversion, this experience has lead Lisa to her current exciting role of Voice of the Customer Manager which she’s held for the past 7 years.
