Mădălina Vasile holds a master’s degree in Biophysics and Medical Physics from the University of Bucharest. Before joining ARENSIA in 2013, she was a researcher at the Romanian National Institute of Atomic Physics, contributing to collaborative scientific projects. Driven by passion and a commitment to patient advocacy, Mădălina transitioned to drug development at ARENSIA Exploratory Medicine in 2013. Over the past decade, she has excelled in leading various departments, overseeing patient recruitment, feasibility assessment, and project management. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mădălina played a key role in overseeing large Proof of Concept Trials, leading to the successful approval of innovative therapies by the EMA and FDA. In her current role, she leads two ARENSIA clinics in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, applying her extensive knowledge to advance early clinical trials and contribute to medical research.
