Olivier Jolidon is the Head of CRM & BI at Aman Resorts, headquartered in London and Switzerland. In his current role, Olivier is responsible for the CRM and BI initiatives, ensuring an exceptional guest experience on-property and along the digital guest journey. Prior to joining Aman Resorts, Olivier accrued over 14 years of experience in senior marketing roles at Estée Lauder Companies, FRHI Hotels & Resorts, Swissôtel Worldwide, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), as well as an MBA from Manchester Business School.
