I am a digital strategy senior manager within the Industry X.0 Digital practice at Accenture, with industry experience in scaled-agile delivery, working with field force mobility, IIoT, data science, computer vision and blockchain technologies. I have worked across a range of clients in both private and public sectors, focusing on industrial use cases that directly impact end-users. I work collaboratively with our clients to co-create digital initiatives using the latest innovative technologies and go on to help industrialise these solutions to deliver value to the business. Over the past few years, I have been helping deliver an asset performance management solution within upstream oil and gas and supporting an ambitious digital transformation programme of work. I am passionate futurist, and strongly adhere to a positive view of humans and machines collaborating for a better tomorrow. My areas of personal interest are: machine learning, blockchain and the transformative power of IIoT

Thierry Gillard

After graduating in business management, Thierry Gillard has been involved in logistics and supply management for over 20 years.

He made his first step in clinical packaging and distribution in 2007 with a major CMO involved worldwide in clinical supplies management.

During 10 years with this CMO, he has been contributing to the set-up of a wide array of clinical studies and packaging designs from phase I manually distributed studies, to large Phase III IRT controlled studies, including supply forecasting and Campaigns management.

As a Senior Clinical Supplies Manager for Santhera Pharmaceuticals in Switzerland since 2017, a company specializing in neuro-ophthalmological, neuromuscular und pulmonary conditions, widely relying on external vendors, he is in charge of the selection, qualification and oversight of CMO’s providing clinical packaging, distribution and IRT services.

Steve Johnson, Vice President Digital, Petrofac

Steve Johnson is Vice President Digital for Petrofac’s Engineering and Production Services business. He has over 20 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry working with a number of senior roles focused on ensuring operational readiness, optimisation of performance, reliability and integrity management. In his current position, Steve is focused on enabling the enhancement of Petrofac’s operations and services through the adoption of technology and its integration into the heart of Petrofac’s service delivery. Steve has been integral to the creation of Petrofac’s digitalisation strategy globally, and in the inception of its state-of-the-art Innovation Zone in Aberdeen, which launched in 2018.

Gesa Netzeband

Gesa Netzeband is Manager of Digital Portfolio of Wintershall DEA.

Following the completion of the merger between Wintershall and DEA in May 2019, Wintershall DEA is now the leading independent gas and oil company in Europe.

Gesa had joined DEA 11 years ago as exploration geoscientist and has been working in various positions since. She has led multi-disciplinary teams in exploration and business development projects in different countries, inside and outside Europe. In the last years she has been increasingly involved in large international projects in Global Exploration as well as on strategic corporate level.

In May 2019 Gesa took the position of portfolio lead in the newly formed Digital Transformation team. In this role she is coordinating all digital projects globally across the company and driving the post-merger integration process.

She is an advocate of new ways of working and deeply engaged in changing the way we work at Wintershall Dea.

Gesa holds a PhD in Geophysics from the University of Hamburg.

Gary Cunnington

Gary Cunnington is a Global Development Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim with over 30 years Pharma experience, he prefers however, to describe himself as an innovation coach, helping staff, vendors and Business Partners to deliver the future business needs in the heavily regulated healthcare world where risk is usually to be avoided.  More recently his efforts have focused on patient centric technology solutions that deliver improvements in recruitment, retention and adherence in global clinical studies.
