Hugh used to chase pirates in the Gulf of Aden and now Ciklum’s Head of BFSI Vertical and Global Solution Lead for Data & Analytics, AI & IoT where he delivers solutions that transform our clients data into clear insights that enable smarter business decision-making.

Leveraging nearly 20 years of experience from maritime warfare to tech start-ups and working in Big4 technology consulting, Hugh has designed, built and delivered solutions for financial services, insurance, government, utilities and media & entertainment clients.

Dr. Johnson is a professor of regulatory strategy at Northeastern University and Senior Director of Regulatory Strategy at Roivant Sciences, where she leads IND-enabling strategy for a variety of novel biotech and medtech products. She has over 16 years experience in global clinical trials, and previously held senior clinical and regulatory positions at IQVIA and GE Healthcare. She has authored over 20 publications, including on GCP and clinical trial strategy for medical devices and complex biologic products.

Lara is a Solution Architect, responsible for the definition, development and delivery of our solutions at Kinsmen Group.

Known for her passion, enthusiasm and dedication, Lara uses her technical and business skills to design and deliver robust quality solutions in support of complex engineering processes and content management.

Lara started her career in Local Government as a Business Systems Engineer, providing essential business analysis to the Technical Business Units to ensure a quality design and implementation that meets the business needs. Spanning almost 10 years, she provided solutions for many areas of the business, including housing grants, housing benefits, technical jobs and maintenance, purchasing and asset management.

Since 2012, Lara has been delivering global enterprise solutions for McLaren Software, specializing in Major Capital Projects and Asset Management. Working with an array of owner operators and engineering contractors/suppliers, she has gained a true understanding of industry best practice processes which she has been able to map to viable, quality solutions. Past projects include ConocoPhillips, TAQA, Apache Energy, CNR International, Occidental Oil & Gas, Chevron and many more.

Lara is recognized as possessing the knowledge, experience and skill to design, build and implement complex engineering information solutions to a standard that meets highly demanding business requirements. She also holds a key role within Kinsmen Group around the development of services and solutions aimed specifically for the engineering and energy market.

Grahame is an information management specialist who has spent 15 years helping organisations develop and implement effective digital work place strategies. Having worked with a range of platforms including Open Text and SharePoint Grahame is now focussed on delivering M-Files unique Intelligent Information management solutions into the Energy Sector
