Lauren Skinner
Lauren Skinner is a Technical Support Lead with over 10 years of experience in Interactive Response Technology and Randomization and Trial Supply Management. After starting as a Production Support Analyst with Endpoint in 2015, she has steadily advanced within the company and now manages a global team of agents across several countries and time zones. She is passionate about delivering effective technical support solutions, specializing in improving operational efficiency by anticipating and preventing support issues before they arise. Lauren also partners closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate support insights into system implementation, ensuring smoother site interactions and end user experience. She enjoys mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both client satisfaction and internal processes.

Shaun Chan is an experienced marketing and communications professional with over 18 years in the food and beverage (F&B) and hospitality sectors. As the Director of Marketing at Park Regis by Prince Singapore, he successfully navigated the hotel through a significant renovation and comprehensive rebranding initiative. Shaun has a proven track record of leading major business initiatives, including overseeing two hotel renovations, a reopening, and a large-scale rebranding effort. This showcases his ability to manage significant changes and adapt to market evolution. His areas of expertise include developing strategic campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, and leading high-performing teams. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Marketing from Murdoch University, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Crisis Management for Business.

Now leading the group’s Technology and Innovation team, driving the design, development, and integration of digital systems and platforms to drive operational efficiency, elevate guest experiences, and enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
Bringing a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on operational expertise, Welly has played a key role in the transformation of the group’s digital landscape. He has successfully introduced technology solutions that power the group’s membership programs, streamline operations, and strengthen digital distribution channels and genAI based chatbots to improve customer service and streamline guest communication.
He holds a B.Eng from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada, and an EMBA from the AGSM, University of NSW, Australia.
