Joscha Krauss is the managing director of MH medical hemp, a company which offers bulk Cannabidiol rich hemp extracts, CBD oils and CBD isolate to formulators and manufacturers around the world looking to create their own line of CBD products. Besides the activities in the supplement and cosmetic industry the company is currently undergoing GDP and GMP certification for pharmaceutical manufacturing of Cannabinoids in Germany.
Allan has been working in the packaging industry for over 25 years, specialising in the Tobacco, Pharma and FMCG market sectors. With a background in Artwork, Repro, Colour management and Print tooling, he understands the demands placed on quality, consistency and innovation within this space, in order to make any Brand stand out on shelf or more often now, in the hand.
Over this time, he has seen a lot of change in both technology and global consumerism which has a lot of impact in the packaging industry across all markets. The speed of change in the market now is one that is driving innovation behind product delivery and Allan is excited to be involved in this new generation of new product development and deployment.

My name is Marcin Górecki, I have graduated chemistry studies at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. I have been working for over 6 years in the chemical industry as a Technologist and as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist. For three years, I’ve been dealing with TPD in EU. Thanks to my experience related with REACH and CLP, I have also gained a lot of knowledge related to the e-liquids industry. My present position allows me to develop contacts with all EU authorities responsible for TPD. Part of my job is to notify e-liquids and e-cigarettes and also fulfil all other obligations arising from these provisions as well as other provisions pertaining to the chemical industry. It will be my pleasure to speak for the third time at the conference to share my knowledge with you.
Dr Thierry Kern is a regulatory manager with experience in the development of new medicines and interacting with regulatory authorities worldwide for medicine approvals. He holds a Pharm.D. in pharmaceutical clinical development from the University of Pharmacy of Strasbourg, France, and a postgraduate diploma in environmental epidemiology from the University of Medicine of Grenoble in France. Thierry has worked in the UK and the USA, managing regulatory, pharmacovigilance, inspection readiness teams and registration procedures for medicines with the EU Authorities and the FDA. Thierry also worked for the European Medicines Agency managing referral procedures and updates to the good pharmacovigilance practices regulation. Thierry joined Pen & Tec in 2018 and specialises in feed and food registration projects in the EU, ensuring scientific and regulatory excellence in the work that Pen & Tec delivers.
Andrew has had a long-term passion for horticulture, obtaining a degree in Commercial Horticulture, holding seat as chairman of the British Bedding and Pot Plant Association Technical Committee and sitting on the AHDB Protected Ornamentals Panel committee. Andrew joined Neame Lea in 2014 as Growing and Production Manager, overseeing the planning and scheduling of a range of crops to meet customer expectations and has since become Bridge Farm Group’s head of growing.
