Frederik Hendriksen
Frederik Hendriksen is VP of International Sales & Business Development at Mile High Labs. He grew up in a small town in north western Denmark, moving to Copenhagen Business School for his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. During this time he took the opportunity to work in Japan, China, Zambia and London, where he settled in 2014. He joined Morgan Stanley doing Equity Trading and M&A, fast tracking to Vice President and being selected for the most prestigious talent programme MS offers.
Fred resigned from his banking job in early 2019 to join Mile High Labs, the world’s leading CBD extractor, building and managing sales for all non-US markets. The company is leading the way in ensuring compliance within the current regulatory framework. MHL is also investing heavily in R&D, working closely with a range of top universities to ensure the highest standards of consumer safety and develop a range of new products.
Adam Tamanini
Adam Tamanini is the Business Development Manager in New Jersey for World Courier, Inc.; a leader in the global transportation of temperature controlled and time sensitive materials. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of freight forwarding and specialty logistics.
Adam is responsible for providing clients in the biopharmaceutical industry with risk mitigation based solutions for their international and domestic cold chain transportation needs. Adam works with clients on clinical and commercial projects providing guidance in the areas of; thermal packaging, import/export regulations, CTM Storage and Distribution, patient sample logistics and route analysis.

John Maggard
John Maggard is a Lead IRT Specialist at Biogen within the Clinical Drug Supply team. John has over 10 years’ experience in the management of complex Interactive Response Technology (IRT) studies from the vendor and sponsor points of view. He received his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2010. John is currently serving as a co-leader on an initiative to help re-define the IRT process within Biogen. His passion is using his past experiences and his background in Project Management to better the IRT experience.

With 25 years of experience across all phases clinical development spanning large pharma, CROs, consulting and software companies, as well as recently managing a leading oncology phase I clinical research unit in Central London, Matt is part of IQVIA Biotech’s Oncology Strategy team, using this experience to support operational teams and clients in developing robust clinical strategies for novel anti-cancer therapies.
