Johannes Giloth is the Senior Vice President of Nokia Business Services (NBS) and Chief Procurement Officer at Nokia, based in Munich, Germany.
Johannes is a senior executive, with broad international and cross-cultural experience in the telecommunications industry in both general management and consulting positions. Results-oriented, Johannes has a track record of successfully running large operations in global companies, leading strategic transformation programs and big international teams in a complex and fast-changing environment. With a proven ability to develop strategies and organizations, Johannes has a strong focus on implementation and the delivery of measurable value.
In his current position, Johannes’ focus is on creating an end to end customer experience through process-driven operations, eliminating organizational boundaries and deepening customer intimacy as a reliable business partner. Disrupting traditional business models, the NBS team of ~6,000 employees aims to seamlessly execute end to end supply chain, procurement and key finance processes, like Order to Cash and Source to Pay, contributing to Nokia’s growth.
Prior to his current role, Johannes designed the future end-to-end value chain of digital operations, supply chain and procurement by applying a bimodal approach: driving continuous improvement while investing in disruptive innovations.
Throughout his career, Johannes has acquired in-depth senior management experience in supply chain, procurement, finance, organizational and business development, business transformation, change management, outsourcing, mergers & acquisitions, post-merger integration, and management consulting.
Johannes holds a degree from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany (1997) in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering and a degree from the University of Greenwich, London (1995) in International Business.
Song Zhaoqing received his architectural training at Tsinghua University. After graduation, he started his career in Nikken Sekkei where he led the design of Shanghai Xintiandi. In 2001, he founded Lacime Architects, a practice cherishs the belief “simplify complicated materials and back to the origin.”Apart from his key role in business, Song Zhaoqing served as a professor at Xi`an University of Architecture and Technology. In 2019, he was invited by Persective, Asia’s leading architecture and design magazine, to be a judge of the A&D Trophy Awards 2019 in Architecture Category.
Song Zhaoqing’s portfolio comprises highly pragmatic public infrastructure to well-crafted buildings and spaces recognized by numerous world’s leading architectural design awards. His key Projects include Shanghai Xintiandi, Qin Ⅱ Dynasty Relics Museum, Shanghai Zhongxing Meihua Village, Shanghai Cifi Headquarter and Suzhou Vanke Da Jia, etc.
Karolina has a background as a molecular biologist and started her career in clinical research as a clinical research assistant (CRA). She has held a variety of positions in Sweden, Denmark, UK and USA within both biotech, CRO and pharma. For a few years she was the CEO of a small virtual biotech working in critical care, but most recently within clinical development at AstraZeneca. She currently holds a position at Pfizer as Director Clinical Site Management for the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.
Anette has a background as Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and has been working with research in the Copenhagen University Hospital Rigshospitalet prior to entering the medical device world. Anette has more than 20 years of experience within the medical device industry and has hold positions at Ambu A/S, Edwards Life Science and Qmed Consulting. Her primary expertise is within the regulatory and clinical pathway of getting a medical device to marked in both the US and EU. She is currently head of the clinical department of neurescue and is responsible for the clinical part of the 510(K) submission and the CE-mark according to the MDR.
Anne Schmidt is healthcare specialist in GS1 Denmark. She has a background as a nurse, and a master in health science.
Since 2015 she has worked for GS1 Denmark, where the main focus is helping the members implementing GS1 standards to increase patient safety and ensure efficiency.
Maria Hedwall currently hold the position as Sr Director Project Management in the Global Portfolio and Project management organization at AstraZeneca R&D. She is accountable for the early cardiovascular and respiratory pipeline delivery and her organization manages a variety of modalities of drug projects in the pre-clinical phase up to PH3ID. Maria brings an understanding of drug development based on 19 years of experience in the clinical, outsourcing and innovative medicines functions with a special interest in collaboration and efficient drug project planning and execution.
As a person she has an ambitious mindset and is driven of the capability to turn strategy into delivery and action. As the goal oriented person she is, she want to push boundaries and make difference preferably by generating creative & innovative solutions.
Rasmus Hogreffe, MSc.Med., MBA is considered as a Virtual Clinical Trials expert. His main goal is to improve treatment for patients by making trials better and faster than ever before, using digital and remote innovations.
Rasmus has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has been involved in more than 60 clinical trials, giving him a broad knowledge regarding every aspect of clinical research.
Furthermore, Rasmus is a serial entrepreneur and has a successful record of starting and selling companies within his broad scope of interests: Digitalization of clinical trials, Patient recruitment, Real World Data, and Health innovation.
In addition, as an external lecturer and supervisor at Aalborg University, Rasmus has developed and given courses and workshops on management of clinical studies on topics such as the development of recruitment and retention strategies, site-optimization, site-selection and patient engagement to sponsors, investigators and study teams at leading medical centers.
His innovative approach within the field of digital health, Patient Recruitment, and Virtual Clinical Trials make him a frequently used chairman and speaker.
