Robert Bottome

BioMarin is a growing biotech firm with a strategic focus on treating rare diseases using first or best in class therapies.  As the Global Head of Supply Chain, Robert Bottome is accountable for planning, logistics and GMP procurement.  He has 20 years experience in BioPharma technical operations, and has also worked in semi-conductor and construction.  For 16 years, he held a series of operational leadership roles at Roche-Genentech, including head of commercial and clinical packaging.

Jasmin Lucero

Extensive experience in the execution & management of global cold chain clinical trial material (CTM) in support of global clinical studies. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams & contract facilities to manage project timelines and deliver on the clinical supply plan. Partners with manufacturing, QA, CMC, affiliates and contract facilities for the timely production of clinical bulk drug product. Partners with Clinical Operations to identify clinical study demand assumptions. Builds strategic relationships and looks at innovative approaches to address issues & opportunities. Successfully managed budget and contained annual costs exceeding management objective. Proven ability to lead and mentor.

Susan Lubin

  • Susan has 20+ years of experience working in the early development space with Bristol-Myers Squibb
  • She is a RN with a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration
  • Has held a variety of roles such as Administrator of BMS Phase 1 Clinic,  Outsourcing Manager and recently is the Director of Clinical Pharmacology and Oncology Operations

Jill McNair

Jill has worked in the industry for over 25 years. She is the Chief Growth Officer at the Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation (CISCRP) where she has worked since 2007. I joined CISCRP in 2007 to advance our mission to inform and empower patients and the public as partners in clinical research. Throughout my tenure, I have led a variety of teams and functions in delivering on our mission and advocating for public health literacy, patient education and engagement.

In my new role as Chief Growth Officer, I focus on nurturing our established relationships, building new ones, and on identifying and developing new opportunities. As a non-profit innovator, CISCRP is uniquely positioned to serve patient communities and clinical research stakeholders throughout the world with the highest quality educational and advocacy services. I’m so excited about the trajectory of CISCRP’s growth and welcome the opportunity to nurture current and new relationships and collaborations.

Annick de Bruin

Annick Anderson (De Bruin) is the Director of Research Services at CISCRP. She is responsible for the design, implementation, analysis and reporting of a variety of CISCRP research studies including the Perceptions & Insights studies and numerous Patient Advisory Boards. She has more than 20 years of experience conducting primary and secondary research studies in the healthcare, life sciences and consumer goods industries. She holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Management at Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University.
