JAYNE O’KEEFFE

A results-oriented brand expert, with over 20 years’ experience across global brands, Jayne has an exceptional record of achievement in the development and implementation of business and brand strategies that have driven significant growth in sales, profitability, market share, and brand awareness. Since starting her career at Unilever, Jayne has held director level roles at several globally renowned companies including Mars, Diageo and Marks & Spencer. In 2019, Jayne joined Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Spirits, a fledgling Australian start-up, with an ambition to change the way the world drinks. As Vice President of Marketing, Jayne is responsible for developing and executing the business strategy and marketing plans across Europe and sits on the Global Executive team. Within 3 years Lyre’s has become the largest independent non-alcoholic drinks brand in the world. Lyre’s currently sells in over 60 countries across multiple channels, with an international workforce of 120 people.

PETER ESPERSEN

Peter Espersen is CEO and the founder of HYDRACT in Denmark Peter has a background as a bachelor of mechanical engineering with extensive experience from the OEM industry. He is the inventor and entrepreneur behind the development of the patented water hydraulic HYDRACT process valve, which is a sustainable alternative to traditional process valves powered by compressed air.

FRANCESCA BELLUCCI

Francesca Bellucci is the Global Sustainability Director, her role focuses on making sure Sustainability is on top of the agenda for Equipment, Services and Packaging development. She is also in charge of Sustainability communication inside and outside the company. Francesca joined Sidel in 2019 after 20 years of experience in Marketing and Market Research with P&G, where she led brands like Max Factor and Pringles and managed the Direct to Consumer Marketing team. She also gained a direct customer facing experience from her experience leading the Shopper Marketing team. Francesca holds a degree in Physics from La Sapienza University of Rome.

MARTIN O’KANE

Dr Martin O’Kane MRPharmS is Unit Manager of the Clinical Trials Unit in the Licensing Division of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). He studied pharmacy at University of Aston and after completing a PhD in pharmacology and post-doctorate neuroscience research project at the University of Glasgow, moved to Japan to work within the pharmaceutical industry. He joined the MHRA in 2005 as a Pharmacopoeial Scientist within the British Pharmacopoeia and moved to the MHRA Clinical Trials Unit as a Pharmaceutical Assessor in 2007. He became Unit Manager of the Clinical Trials Unit in November 2015 and has been actively involved in development of new clinical trials policy, systems and procedures and well as the UKs exit from the EU. Most recently he has been involved in supporting expedited approval of, and guidance for, clinical trials for COVID-19 vaccines and therapeutics and supporting the recovery and resilience of non-COVID trials.
