Jason Archie-Acheampong

Jason Archie-Acheampong currently leads sustainable sourcing for coffee and cocoa at the Fairtrade Foundation . His career spans commercial roles across agricultural value chains in the private and development sectors, where he has successfully driven international trade and spearheaded innovative supply chain initiatives. Holding a PhD from Alliance Manchester Business School, his research on sustainability and labor standards in SMEs has been published in leading international journals. Jason’s expertise lies in commercial trade, sustainable sourcing, and fostering partnerships that create value for both producers and global markets.

Nipun Marwah, PhD

Nipun is a passionate advocate for patient centric healthcare & Clinical Trial solutions. He leads the implementation of Smurfit Westrock’s innovative, digital, and traditional pharma packaging solutions.  

With a collaborative, science-driven approach, Nipun works closely with stakeholders across clinical, medical, and commercial functions in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical trial sectors. He is recognized as a trusted knowledge exchange partner, bringing deep expertise and insight into the integration of advanced healthcare packaging and digital health solutions.

Nipun brings over 30 years of diverse international experience through Smurfit Westrock and its legacy companies. His career spans R&D, product and business strategy development, supply chain optimization, and digital health innovation.

He holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research in India and completed post-doctoral research at North Carolina State University. Nipun currently resides in Connecticut, USA.

By helping hundreds of businesses build capability in marketing, communications, supply chain, and navigate the changing regulatory landscape, Lee is part of a team at Soil Association Certification that actively supports the growth of an organic market, now worth over £3 Billion a year.

Leo Campbell

Leo Campbell is Co-founder of Modern Baker, a pioneering food-tech start-up reshaping ultra-processed foods (UPFs). Their breakthrough product, Superloaf – dubbed ‘the world’s first healthy UPF’ by the media – is nutrient-dense, clean-label, and scalable, developed through five years of lab research backed by six Innovate UK grants. Recently, Modern Baker partnered with Hovis to bring Superloaf to major UK retailers.

Often perceived as anti ‘big food’ Modern Baker’s business model is in fact to collaborate with leading food manufacturers and brands. Before Modern Baker, Leo had a successful career in the creative industries.

Sarah Carolides

Sarah is a practising functional nutritionist at The Lanserhof Clinic and Head of Nutrition at Zooki. She holds undergraduate and postgraduate science degrees from the University of Cambridge, Diplomas from IoN and CISN and a Metcalf Fellowship from McGill University.

Her most recent published papers explored the links between rosacea, the microbiome and gut health.
