Her expertise spans retail and commercial banking, payments, and the role of technology in shaping new financial service models. Joanne’s work focuses on how institutions adapt to changing customer expectations, regulatory developments, and the growing influence of digital ecosystems. Known for combining robust market intelligence with forward-looking strategic insight, Joanne supports senior leaders in identifying opportunities for innovation and sustainable growth. Through her research and advisory work, she helps organisations understand how digital transformation is reshaping financial services and what it means for the future of banking, payments, and adjacent sectors such as wealth management.

Kunal earned his Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and specialises in helping Moxo’s EMEA clients design and optimise their client-facing workflows. With a focus on automation, process orchestration, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities, he supports organisations in transforming operational efficiency and elevating the end-to-end client journey.

Dr Claire Greene is a Senior Policy Technical Specialist at the Bank of England’s Prudential Regulation Authority, where she develops policy on ICT and cyber resilience. Previously, she worked in UK Government on the implementation of the Network and Information Systems Regulations, focusing on strengthening national cyber security. Claire brings extensive experience in financial services regulation and public policy. She is a CISSP-certified professional, a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the ICAEW.

Danielle Racher joined DeepL in March 2024 and is currently leading the Commercial Sales Team across EMEA. She works with a diverse range of clients in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors. Before joining DeepL, Danielle held leadership roles in Sales at Microsoft and Salesforce, bringing valuable experience from her time at IBM.
