Gareth Williams is a highly respected banking fraud professional who brings over 20 years of experience in developing effective solutions to his current role leading the EMEA pre-sales team at BioCatch. Originally from the UK but now based in Sweden, Gareth’s expertise spans a wide range of areas from fraud prevention to authentication and financial crime prevention strategies.

Prior to joining BioCatch, Gareth was most recently Head of Pre-Sales for the EMEA region at FICO, where he worked with banking clients across the region for over 9 years. Gareth has also been a key contributor at EnterCard and Capital One where he held various leadership roles within fraud management, supplier process oversight and project management

Kathleen Dowell

Kathleen Dowell is a Vice President leading Clario’s Specialty Solutions group which includes a suite of services including clinical event adjudication. Before this position, she was a Managing Director and Sr. Project Manager at Bioclinica within the Medical Imaging and Cardiac Safety business. She has over 25 years in clinical research and medical device experience in a variety of therapeutic areas such as MSK, Neurology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology and Oncology and has held positions as a clinical research associate, study coordinator and trial manager, private practice administrator, optician and medical photographer.   She’s been a lecturer on variety of topics at regional and national meetings including common adverse events from emerging treatments for retinal disease and clinical trials best practices.

Lona Sheeran

Lona Sheeran brings more than two decades of operational and financial excellence to her role as Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations Early Phase, at Worldwide Clinical Trials. Lona applies her deep analytical skills honed through years of risk and benefit oversight and experience with Lean Six Sigma techniques to ensure the company’s clinical pharmacology unit in San Antonio, Texas, continues to exceed customer expectations.

Sarah McAliskey

Sarah McAliskey graduated from Queens University Belfast with a BEd in Business Studies. After graduating, Sarah gained a wide range of experience working in the clinical diagnostics industry, especially around solutions regarding shipping temperature sensitive product in challenging climates.

Sarah joined Almac in 2016 and has worked with a large number of Pharma and Biotech companies initially in developing proposals to fulfil packaging and distribution needs, aiding in the successful delivery of a range of clinical trials. More recently, Sarah has worked closely with clients to understand the challenges they face with distributing temperature sensitive drug product and advising on the best solutions to implement for efficient management of temperature data on a global scale.

Samer Khalil

I hold a Master’s Degree in Astrophysics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, equipping me with a unique blend of analytical, technical, and management skills. My
career, which began in 1996, has largely evolved within the hospitality industry, where I have built extensive management and administrative expertise across multiple
departments. In addition to my hospitality experience, I developed IT management skills, leading operations and overseeing all IT-related matters for six years. My background in computer
science has further enhanced my ability to manage technical aspects efficiently. I also took charge of the training and development function, designing and delivering
successful training programs for junior and senior employees. I am a hands-on leader, committed to supporting my team and leading by example to achieve the highest levels
of service quality and guest satisfaction. Throughout my career, I have focused on guest complaint management, developing and implementing the Customer Complaint Feedback (C.C.F.) system. This system applies root cause analysis to guest feedback and ensures efficient resolution of complaints. I conducted comprehensive training across the hotel staff to ensure everyone handling
guest interactions was equipped with the necessary skills. The system has driven a 100%  complaint resolution target, boosting guest satisfaction and service excellence

Lee Davis

Lee is a seasoned engineer currently serving as a Business Development Manager as part of the UK & ROI Sales Team within the Steam Thermal Solutions business stream at Spirax Sarco Group. With a career at Spirax Sarco spanning over a decade, Lee has extensive experience in driving sustainable solutions and improving environmental impact in steam systems.

Lee joined Spirax Sarco in 2012, initially working in the EMEA Developing Markets Team for eight years. During this time, he provided sales and technical support to customers in developing markets, focusing on optimizing steam systems to reduce energy consumption and environmental footprint. His passion for sustainability then took him to Stockholm, where he served as Technical Manager for three years. In this role, he provided technical support and conducted audits on end-user sites across various sectors, aiming to enhance process efficiency and minimize energy loss.

 

In 2023, Lee returned to the UK as Technical Manager for the EMEA Developing Markets team. He played a crucial role in designing and managing solutions to help customers recover waste heat within their steam systems. His work involved international travel to deliver training and conduct on-site assessments, all in line with customers’ sustainability goals.

Currently, Lee engages with customers within the UK & ROI business to support their journey towards sustainable steam system management and carbon-free steam generation, ensuring a positive environmental impact.

Jayasree Ivaturi

Jayasree has 15.6 years of experience in providing analytical solutions using business intelligence and analytical tools. Primarily focuses on understanding key analytical challenges in pharmaceutical environment and working closely with key stakeholders across clinical operations. Expertized in building advanced analytical solutions that establish insights into data, providing signals, patterns, trends, and works across different functions to break down barriers between silos while providing a data-driven integrated & holistic view to end users.

Matt Callahan

Matt Callahan, a seasoned Sr. Principal Clinical Data Scientist with over 15 years of experience, specializes in advancing pharmacovigilance, patient safety, and risk-based monitoring (RBM) through innovative clinical analytics and Data Science-as-a-Service (DSaaS) tools.
