Alberto García, is a Systems Engineer specializing in Digital Transformation, holding a Master’s degree in Applied Artificial Intelligence from Tecnológico de Monterrey. With over 20 years of experience in Information Technology—primarily within the pharmaceutical sector— he has successfully led digital transformation initiatives for the past eight years. His expertise lies in leveraging emerging technologies to optimize corporate-level business processes, driving efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth through cutting-edge solutions.

Sandra Mosquera, MBA, is the Director of the Regulatory Affairs Department at Sofgen Pharmaceuticals. She has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including building and leading Regulatory Affairs departments, driving strategic product development programs, managing technology transfers, supporting high-quality assurance standards, and achieving regulatory excellence.

Sandra holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, an MBA from Universidad del Norte, and a ‘Regulatory Affairs Certificate: Pharmaceutical’ from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS). She is also a RAPS member.

Piran Sucindran is Head of Quality at Blue Earth Therapeutics, a clinical stage radiopharmaceutical company focussed on targeted radiotherapeutics. Piran has previous experience of leading global quality and regulatory teams within an Imaging CRO, and prior to that worked as quality lead at a number of sites within the NHS. He is a member of the Research Quality Association (RQA) GCP Committee, Research Practitioners’ Group, and lead on the ‘Clinical Oversight of Computerised Systems’ seminar.”
