Dr.-Ing. Sylvia Trage

Sylvia Trage is a Partner at MHP – a Porsche company, with over 25 years of experience in Supply Chain management.

She is renowned for her expertise in optimising, decarbonising, and digitalising supply chains, with a particular focus on the transportation, industrial manufacturing, and renewable energy sector. One of her notable projects is the HyLion initiative, which involves the End2End E-Methanol Supply Chain from Scotland to Europe. Sylvia is dedicated to building and shaping future-relevant supply chains by incorporating new trends and technologies. Additionally, she is recognised as a Global Scot, contributing to Scotland’s international business network.

 

Francesca Gregory

Francesca leads the research and data analysis of GlobalData’s Energy Transition Service, the content of which spans topics such as hydrogen, CCUS, and renewables. Before joining GlobalData, Francesca studied Geography at the University of Oxford and was a Lead Consultant at the university’s sustainable development student think tank.

Dr. Jaishankar Kutty

Jaishankar (Jai) Kutty, Ph.D. brings 17+ years of multidisciplinary experience to the cardiovascular and structural-heart space, spanning R&D, Notified Body leadership, global clinical strategy, regulatory policy, and reimbursement-aligned evidence generation. He has helped deliver 100+ worldwide approvals, designed studies that de-risk innovation, and pushed the medtech industry to rethink how evidence should be built, validated, and leveraged. At RQM+, Jai leads regulatory, reimbursement, and clinical-evidence strategy for a global portfolio of next-generation cardiovascular technologies. Previously at BSI, he helped write the playbook for MDR clinical expectations and partnered closely with FDA, CA authorities, and Notified Bodies. A frequent speaker, writer, and RQM+ Live panelist, Jai is known for his ability to take the snarled intersection of regulation, clinical science, and payer expectations, and make it understandable, strategic, and, occasionally, entertaining.

Sandy Reid

Sandy is co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Zaptic, the leading AI powered connected worker platform for manufacturers. At Zaptic, Sandy is responsible for new business, account management and partnerships, and works closely with a number of Zaptic’s key accounts including Carlsberg, Asahi and Diageo. Prior to co-founding Zaptic, Sandy co-founded LetsDoThis, the world’s largest mass participation sports event booking website, and was previously in strategy consulting

Maryleen Lovell-Petronilia

Maryleen Lovell-Petronilia is a Medical Biologist specializing in Molecular Pathology, with over 13 years of experience in clinical research and healthcare. In 2022, after a decade in research and innovation, where she introduced risk management documentation in routine clinical diagnostics, Maryleen transitioned to the role of Manager of Quality Assurance and Compliance at PCM Trials. In this position, she focuses on enhancing quality oversight and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and country-specific regulations.

Maryleen is committed to advancing the global adoption of patient-centric approaches and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to promote and uphold high standards in decentralized clinical trials

Ingo Fehrs

Ingo Fehrs is an economist with more than 25 years of professional experience in the field of strategic port development and sustainability. 2006, he joined Hamburg Port Authority. Since 2023 he leads a team for New Energy and Hydrogen in the Port Energy Solutions Section. Ingo was involved in international projects dealing with collaboration of ports, strategic port planning, hydrogen, green cruise industry and logistics.

William Gray

With almost 40 years experience working within UK and Scottish Governments in a range of policy and operational areas, I have covered a diverse range of policy areas, from transport, skills to legal and caseworking work. This also includes around 15 years in trade and investment roles, both within policy areas and in operational roles within Scottish Development International. I am currently working withing the Trade Support Team within Scottish Government and I am the policy lead on delivering actions around the 4 Sector Export Plans including Hydrogen and Renewables.

Alan Mortimer

Alan joined Eneus Energy in 2023 as Director of Development, UK & Europe. His role involves identifying, developing and securing large scale clean energy projects including green hydrogen and green ammonia production and export facilities. Prior to Eneus Alan worked at ScottishPower for 22 years with roles including Head of Wind Development where he developed the strategy for, and helped establish a 1,000MW onshore wind portfolio. More recently at Wood as Director of Innovation for 10 years his role included extending the company’s renewable energy activities in onshore wind, offshore wind (fixed and floating), solar, wave, tidal, hydrogen, heat and transport.

Ivan Torossian

Ivan is the Consulting Director for the Consumer division at GlobalData. With over 15 years of combined industry and consulting experience, he has led strategic growth projects in consumer sectors in 30+ countries. Prior to working for GlobalData he worked for Canback Consulting, the consumer division at The Economist Group, and Euromonitor. Ivan holds a BS in Economics (Cum Laude) from Boston University, and an MBA (Cum Laude) from the University of Notre Dame. Born and raised in Argentina, but a Chicago resident for over a decade, Ivan is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.

Mathilda Jansson

With over seven years of experience at AirSon Engineering AB, I work as a ventilation designer and project manager, primarily focusing on cleanroom projects within industrial sectors both in Sweden and internationally. For the past year, I have also served as Team Lead within the Food & Beverage segment, where I oversee projects and guide team development in this specialized area.
