Michael has more than 25 years of experience in regulatory affairs and quality assurance acquired within the medical device and clinical research industry across a diverse range of medical device technologies and therapeutic disciplines, and organizations from start-ups to multinationals.

Michael’s expertise spans the complete product lifecycle including clinical research, design, development, technical support, project management, operations and business development in the medical devices sector. His knowledge of the device development process combined with the regulatory requirements, enables him to provide a balanced interpretation of the pre-market and post-market needs and expectations of regulatory authorities.

José Pedro Silva

With over a decade of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing and brand strategy, José Pedro combines expertise in managing iconic brands with a forward-thinking approach to market development. Currently serving as Head of Brand and Market Development at Lactogal, the largest Iberian dairy group, he leads the growth of key brands, including Matinal, Portugal’s premium dairy brand, which, through innovation and consumer-centric solutions, has elevated the Lactose-free segment, driving value in a competitive market. Previously, as Senior Brand Manager for Mimosa, Portugal’s largest CPG and dairy brand, José Pedro spearheaded its rebranding and strategic repositioning to ensure its relevance in the future. A Mathematics graduate with a postgraduate degree in Branding, José Pedro is currently pursuing a PhD in Marketing and Strategy, alongside an MBA. As an educator, he shares his knowledge through university-level courses on Marketing Management and Brand Strategy, inspiring the next generation of marketers.

David Kinlough

Dave is a 25 year veteran of the IT industry with a specialty in Telecommunications and Enterprise Mobility.  Having worked in device manufacturing, software and services organizations selling via direct and indirect channels, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.  Currently the Senior Director of Enterprise Business Solutions at Samsung SDS America, Dave is pioneering applications and methods to achieve global zero-touch lifecycle management and Forward/Reverse logistics for Enterprise Mobility customers and MSPs utilizing scoped apps within ServiceNow and a world-wide services delivery organization.

Currently, he leads the Enterprise Business Solutions team at Samsung SDS America, driving efforts to reshape how Mobile Service Providers MSPs enhance customer experiences. David’s visionary guidance fuels this mission to leverage hyperautomation, aiming to streamline operations and elevate customer satisfaction.

Eleanor Miller

Eleanor Miller, Clinical Trial Liaison, is an oncology certified nurse with 17 years of oncology nursing experience at academic medical centers, including both inpatient and outpatient care, most recently leading an oncology nurse navigation program. Much of her career has been in direct collaboration with investigators and research teams to improve patient access to trials through increased awareness, patient education, and coordination of care.

 

At PSI, she uses this operational and clinical expertise to develop site specific recruitment strategies, tailored study tools and training. She can anticipate barriers to enrollment and resolve site needs with the project team. Eleanor is a strong collaborator and strategic thinker by identifying patterns, and bridging gaps between sites, clinical operations, project management, and sponsors.

ChandraKumar Pillai

With over 21 years in IT, Chandrakumar Pillai is a seasoned entrepreneur, speaker, author, IT advisor, and enterprise architect based in Brussels. He combines technical expertise with business acumen to drive innovation and digital transformation.

He has founded and scaled startups, served as an IT Advisor for Digital Angel (healthcare startup), and is currently working as an Enterprise Architect at the European Commission. He also serves as a Board Member at a Silicon Valley-based AI startup. With over eight years of experience in procurement, vendor performance management, and planning, I understand the essentials of successful vendor partnerships. Previously, I developed global sourcing strategies as a Supplier Relationship Manager for CMOs in pharma, equipping me with the skills to manage and optimize vendor collaborations.
