Federico Pirovano

Federico Pirovano is the Chief Data Officer at KyaEdge, an AI-enabled platform for the leasing and rental industry that helps companies manage asset portfolios, assess risk, and enable ESG-compliant, pay-per-use business models through IoT and machine-learning technologies. He is also the Founder & CEO of Dynius, a Swiss AI consulting firm officially recognized as an ETH Zurich spin-off for its contributions to data-driven innovation.

He holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from ETH Zurich and a Bachelor’s in Automation Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, both earned with top honors.

Federico has previously taught management strategies at the University of Bergamo and served as a teaching assistant in Dynamic Programming and Optimal Control at ETH Zurich. His research in artificial intelligence and machine learning has been published in leading venues such as NAACL and MLG.

Erela Dana

Erela Dana BSc, MPhil, is the Director of Neurology at GlobalData based in London. Erela has extensive disease area analysis and forecasting experience coupled with a wide breadth of therapy area expertise drawing from her previous roles. Erela has over 10 years’ experience in pharma, biotech and medical device industries both in-house and in consulting. Her industry experience includes EMA product launching as well as integration of strategic multichannel marketing plans, specializing particularly on novel biologic products including immunotherapies. As part of her prior consultancy engagements Erela has worked on numerous projects at GlobalData as a principal consultant as well as during her time at IQVIA Financial Institution Consulting, Align Strategy and Informa Pharma Consulting focusing on commercial due diligences, market opportunity assessments and new product planning, and investment strategies, including transactional advisory provided to investment professionals. Erela holds a master’s degree (MPhil) in Bioscience Enterprise from University of Cambridge and a BSc in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Meri Härmälä

Meri is a marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in pioneering digital marketing, digital transformation and content strategy & management, both in B2C and B2B. She is heading the Global B2B Marketing at Valio, specialized in nutrition for all life stages. Together with her team, she helps customers succeed in launching their NPD projects.

Ben Dudley

Ben Dudley is the Chief Commercial Officer at MMS. He is a seasoned executive with experience gained over a 27-year career in the industry, in both the biopharma and clinical development services sectors. Ben’s deep, broad expertise spans drug development, sales and customer relationship management, operational leadership, and process optimization. His impressive career includes leadership roles at Parexel, Covance and AstraZeneca, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to lead and innovate across various operational, functional, and commercial domains.
