Dr. Jia Chen is a Senior Director at Medidata AI, part of Dassault Systèmes. She leads the strategy and growth of embedded-AI solutions for clinical trials. Prior to Medidata, she successfully led the launch of new products serving millions of users and held leadership roles in product management, AI incubators and strategic partnerships at IBM. She was named as one of the top 35 innovators (TR35) by MIT Tech Review, and one of the top 26 tech women innovators at IBM. Dr. Chen received her Ph.D. in Physics from Yale University and holds 45 patents.

Paul O’Donohoe
Paul O’Donohoe is Senior Director, eCOA Product and Science at Medidata Solutions, a clinical software platform provider. He is responsible for developing the company’s scientific expertise for electronic clinical outcome assessments and mobile health, and is responsible for ensuring internal teams, partners and Sponsors are following industry, regulatory and scientific best practices when it comes to integrating technology into clinical trials. He is passionate about developing the field of eCOA and mobile health through research and active involvement in industry consortia, and is currently the Industry Vice-Director of the C-Path ePRO Consortium. Previously, Paul worked as a research psychologist at a child and adolescent mental health clinic based in Dublin, Ireland. He moved into the health consulting field with United BioSource Corporation where he worked across the health outcomes, health economics and health data capture groups. Prior to Medidata, Paul was Director of Health Outcomes at CRF Health, an eCOA provider, where he led their health outcomes team. He has a MSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience.

Michael Meyer has about 20 years of experience in financial services consulting with a focus on overall bank and crisis management.
He is a partner in the financial services department of KPMG, Head of the German RRP Competence Cluster as well as Global Account Partner for a German captive and one German OEM.
Kay Radtke
Kay leads the low-carbon hydrogen sector in Europe, focusing on accelerating growth, standardization, and digitalization within hydrogen plants. He is responsible for developing modularized delivery models that reduce the levelized cost of hydrogen (H2) through collaboration with industry-leading partners. With a comprehensive approach to the entire H2 supply and value chain, he integrates smart operations and full digitalization of H2 assets. Since joining Worley in 2018, Kay has held various leadership roles, including Global Head of Chemicals & Biorefining at Pöyry and Managing Director at Aker Solutions Germany. Kay holds a Master of Science in Process Engineering.

Mark Cummins
Mark Cummins is Professor of Financial Technology at the Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde. As part of this role, he leads the FinTech Cluster, one of the University’s strategic industry-facing clusters. He is Lead Investigator at the University of Strathclyde on the Financial Regulation Innovation Lab initiative (in collaboration with FinTech Scotland and the University of Glasgow), where he oversees an Actionable Research programme across the Lab’s priority themes of Simplifying Compliance through AI and Emerging Technologies, ESG, Consumer Duty and Addressing Financial Crime. The AI research focus spans frontier topics such as Explainable AI and Generative AI.
