Tim Frank

Born in 1989, Tim studied Political Science and Public Law at Würzburg, earning a B.A., and completed his Master’s in Governance at Hagen.

A passionate railway enthusiast, Tim loves experiencing rail travel worldwide during his travels, deepening his connection to the industry.

He has been an expert in the railway sector since 2018. As the former Head of Export and SME Policy at the German Railway Industry Association, Tim gained extensive expertise and a profound understanding of the international railway market.

In 2023, he joined Diehl Aviation as Global Sales Representative Rail, where he is responsible for new customer acquisition and driving business development in the railway sector.

Josef Hainzl

Josef Hainzl started his career over 30 years ago in company Group HAINZL and after holding various project management and technical positions he took over the management of AQUASYS Technik GmbH – a member of HAINZL Group. A consistent focus on solutions for our customers and the further development of this fascinating technology, which is future-orientated due to its low water requirements, are the main pillars of AQUASYS strategy and success.

Christoffer Nylander

Christoffer Nylander is an experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong background in the railway industry. Since 2008, he has built a solid foundation of expertise, contributing to the development and management of technical products within the field of fire protection. With years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of railway systems, Christoffer brings both technical insight and strategic vision to his work, helping to drive innovation and knowledge sharing.

Isak Norberg

Isak Nordberg is an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the maritime industry. Since joining Consilium in 2012, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various roles, allowing me to gain deep insights into how the industry operates and the common challenges it faces. In recent years, my focus has been on identifying customer pain points and developing services and software solutions that enhance safety while making life easier for our customers. I’m passionate about creating value-driven innovations that address real-world problems and contribute to a safer, more efficient maritime environment.

Bryan Dunlap

Bryan brings over nine years of experience in clinical trial support, having held diverse roles at Emsere in logistics, equipment preparation and testing, project management, and business development. His multifaceted career has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the clinical trial landscape, including the numerous factors and touchpoints that can influence trial success. Bryan’s cross-departmental expertise enables him to identify potential challenges, anticipate real-world implications of decisions, and provide actionable insights to ensure smoother trial operations.

Jon Raven

Jon is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience and has demonstrated expertise in helping Pharma, Biotech and CROs solve complex and challenging development issues; ensuring clinical studies remain on their critical path to success.

Throughout his tenured career, Jon has held pivotal roles at Pfizer and Avantor where he has made significant contributions to the development and launch of life saving and life changing medicines and he now brings that expertise to Emsere. As a speaker, Jon engages audiences with insightful discussions, drawing from his extensive experience and unique perspectives.

Saki Yamashita

Joining the company in 2012, Saki has gained extensive experience in Logistics, Administration, and International Business Operations. Since 2018, she has been actively involved in the probiotics/postbiotic field. She successfully promoted probiotics and postbiotics business in the EMEA region when she was appointed as a Commercial Manager in Germany for nearly 4 years. Currently, she is based in the headquarters in Tokyo and is passionate about utilizing her previous learnings and skills to further support Morinaga Milk’s Probiotics/Postbiotic global business expansion through marketing activities.​ 

Alison Labya

Analyst in the market research industry with a focus on biopharmaceutical dealmaking activity, with expertise in managing and maintaining databases pertaining to company attributes, deals and news to deliver value to stakeholders. Alison’s background also includes competitive intelligence in oncology and cardiovascular indications, as well as experience in a COVID-19 diagnostics lab. She also holds an MSc in Reproductive and Developmental Medicine, as well as a BSc in Biomedical Science – both from the University of Sheffield.
