Pradipto Kolay

With over 24 years of experience in the regulated medical devices industry, Pradipto is a global technology, innovation, and business leader renowned for driving sustainable growth and value creation. As an R&D leader for nearly a decade, he has successfully led large, complex global teams across multiple regions and disciplines, managing multi-million-euro budgets and delivering disruptive solutions that address unmet customer needs and market opportunities.

In addition to his leadership role at Philips, Pradipto has served as a board member and supervisory board member for Trixell and dpiX. These joint ventures specialize in the innovation, development, and production of X-ray flat panel digital detectors for a variety of applications. He leverages his expertise in strategic partnerships, co-creation, new ventures, and stakeholder management to align with and achieve the strategic goals of these organizations.

Pradipto holds two MBA degrees from top global management institutions and is certified in Six Sigma. He has also received training in Lean, Kaizen, DfX, and other methodologies, ensuring his commitment to quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Luke Wilson

Luke Wilson is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the clinical supply chain industry, specializing in Investigational Medicinal Product  management, inventory control, and logistics. He has a proven track record of optimizing supply chain operations to ensure the seamless delivery of clinical supplies and commercial drugs.

Steffen Kuberczyk

Steffen Kuberczyk holds a PhD in Physics, which he earned between 1984 and 1993. He began his career in the field of sales in 1998 and has built a strong foundation in the industry. Prior to his transition into sales, he spent five years as a site supervisor for landfill construction. In 2003, Steffen Kuberczyk joined Piller Blowers & Compressors GmbH, where he contributed significantly to the company’s growth. After relocating to the United States in 2008, he ran the company’s U.S. office until 2011. Since then, he has served as the Head of Global Sales, leading the company’s global sales operations with expertise and dedication.

Adam Burt

IT Leader passionate about hospitality with more than 20 years in the industry working with, stadiums, hotels, private clubs, and cruise ships. Focusing on how to leverage technology to improve both employee and guest experience. Currently, Global Hotel Technology Lead at Radisson Hotel Group, aiming to ensure that our IT Standards align with the latest technology trends, future-proofing today’s installations while maintaining an ROI for our owners. While always having an eye on security work with the central team to create and maintain the Global Hotel IT Audit, Local IT Audit SOP, and conduct training for all IT managers and internal auditors. I currently have a dual role as Senior Service Delivery Manager for Northern and Western Europe and also oversee compliance, openings, capex, and central projects across that area.

Prof. Jacques Eksteen

Jacques Eksteen is a Full Professor at Curtin University’s WA School of Mines, Minerals and Chemical Engineering and the Manager of the Critical Minerals Metals and Materials for the Energy Transition (C3MET) research group. In addition, he was the Program Lead for Technology Readiness Level Progression in the Critical Minerals and Resources Technology Trailblazer, and held the roles Chief Scientist, Chief Operating Officer, and Research Director of the Future Battery Industries Cooperative Research Centre (FBICRC) Ltd. He was Director of the Gold Technology Group and project manager of the AMIRA 420 project from 2012 to 2019. Jacques has been active as an academic in Australia, South Africa, and Europe, and worked for several years in the Critical Mineral industries in senior management roles.  Jacques holds a PhD in Extractive Metallurgical Engineering and has over 30 years of experience in industry and academia. He has published over 200 journal papers and refereed conference proceedings and is a listed inventor on 10 patent families, various of which have been commercialized and utilized by the mining and metallurgical industries.

Ivana Tagliamonte Newman is a passionate hospitality professional and the visionary behind Bellport Inn, in New York, where she blends her commitment to the community with her dedication to exceptional guest experiences. With a background in luxury real estate and an eye for detail, Ivana has transformed Bellport Inn into a cherished retreat on Long Island’s South Shore.
