Kosta Savic
Rajan Nagina is the driving force behind Newgen Software’s AI platforms. He combines
his passion for product development with his expertise in cultivating high-performing
teams and a knack for riding on major tech waves of AI/ML/GenAI. With an MBA from
the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta and a Bachelor of Technology in
Computer Science from the Institute of Engineering and Technology (I.E.T.) Lucknow,
Rajan approaches problem-solving from a multidisciplinary viewpoint.
Rajan is known for his avid reading habits and his ability to weave compelling narratives,
both in his storytelling and in articulating the vision for his products. At Newgen, he has
been pivotal in developing and spinning off Newgen’s Data Science Platform into LumYn
for the Banking and Financial Services vertical, a suite of solutions designed to harness
the power of artificial intelligence to drive digital transformation. His strategic vision and
technical expertise have significantly contributed to innovative applications in machine
learning, GenAI, and data analytics.
In addition to his technical prowess, Rajan is a thought leader in the AI space, frequently
sharing insights through thought leadership articles and industry conferences. His ability
to anticipate and leverage technological advancements has positioned Newgen at the
forefront of AI-driven innovation. Rajan’s dedication to fostering a culture of continuous
learning and experimentation within his teams has not only resulted in cutting-edge
products but has also established a robust framework for sustained growth and
excellence in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
Des is the UK GenAI Pursuit and Strategy Lead at Dell Technologies. During his time at Dell, Des focused on Cyber Resilience and MultiCloud across Finance, Media and Telecoms and Oil and Gas.
Prior to joining Dell Technologies, Des was a Management Consultant and has experience in Go to Market Strategy Development, Transformational Change as well as Project and Programme Management. He is excited about emerging technologies and co-creating new solutions, enhancing human progress.
Outside of work Des is a keen runner, cook and enjoys travelling the world and learning about new cultures
Charlie is UK & Netherlands leader of our Global account organisation (Dell Technologies Select), responsible for Dell’s engagement with our most strategic UK & NL headquartered accounts. With a track record of leadership in the financial services vertical, he is passionate about delivering customer value by unlocking the power of Dell Technologies and our ecosystem of strategic alliances.
Charlie is a native of Glasgow, Scotland. Outside of busy family commitments as chief taxi driver for his 6-year-old daughter, he is a passionate (and regularly frustrated) golfer.
Jochen is Head of Financial Technology EMEA / Lead Developer Relations Manager Banking Global at NVIDIA, the globally leading accelerated computing platform company. He has spent the last 25 years in various roles on the topic of AI in financial services. He works with executives, data scientists, developers, and partners in the global NVIDIA ecosystem. Jochen is a financial data scientist and received his degree and Ph.D. from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Before NVIDIA he worked as a consultant, entrepreneur, and researcher with asset managers, banks, insurance companies, and central banks.
Yoni Malchi is a Managing Director in WWT’s AI & Data Consulting organization. He has 15 years of experience leveraging AI and Data capabilities to drive value in Fortune 500 companies. Yoni, who currently leads a team of Management Consultants, Data Scientists and Data Engineers that focus on building end-to-end AI Solutions, was recently ranked one of the Top 25 Artificial Intelligence Consultants and Leaders of 2023 by The Consulting Report.
Prior to joining WWT, Yoni was an Executive Director at JPMorgan in their Intelligent Solutions group, leading a cross-functional team that built data insight products for the Consumer and Commercial Bank. He also spent two years at Opera Solutions, a management consulting firm focused on building transformative AI solutions for Financial Services and Telecom companies.
Yoni began his career at the Aerospace Corporation where, for over twenty Air Force and NASA rocket launches, he analyzed massive data sets (from the Atlas-5 and Delta-4 launch vehicles) to identify launch risks and optimize performance. Yoni co-authored the chapter on Liquid Propulsion in the Encyclopedia of Aerospace Engineering.
During his time at WWT, Yoni launched the WWT AI R&D program in 2018 and currently has two patents pending in the AI space. He received a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College. In his free time, Yoni enjoys spending time with his wife and twin 9-year-old daughters and playing as much tennis as possible!
Carmen has over 20 years industry experience, joining Dell’s Consulting and Services practice circa 5 years ago from DXC, with a focus on global strategic pursuits around Gen AI. Carmen has a background in Consulting, working with global organisation’s around Hybrid Cloud, Application Modernisation, Data Management, AI/Gen AI, Data Security, and Data Center transformation programs. Carmen is focused around using DTS deep expertise to help organisations advance innovation and drive outcomes. Leveraging Dell’s best of breed technologies and broad global technology ecosystem of partners.
Since 2022, Aude is the Head of Eco-design and Circular Economy at Sanofi. Her energy & passion to reduce the environmental footprint of the healthcare sector is constantly pushing her to exchange ideas with peers to implement innovative and sustainable ideas.
Aude joined Sanofi in 2016 to orchestrate the integration of a recently acquired business. She held various global leadership positions in Supply Chain. Prior to Sanofi, Aude was the Executive Director of an NGO giving medical treatment to 200 children with cerebral palsy & scarce resources in Mexico. Aude also spent 10 years in a consulting firm focused on strategy & development projects.
With the precision that reveals his past serving in the US Marine Corps, Ryan Walker leads Cytiva’s Sustainability Program as it delivers on increasingly challenging targets. Ryan has worked in the life sciences industry for 17 years in roles ranging from Commercial Sales to Channel Leader, and since 2020, is devoted to the company’s ambition to improve how it designs in sustainability in every aspect of the business.
Ryan is a continuous learner, and while shy to admit success, he’s particularly proud of helping scientists in developing nations get access to Cytiva equipment, and engaging associates in a program that crowdsources ideas to build out sustainable ways of doing business.
